Wrong Tome Zone on Auto time update

6 replies · 7,781 views · Started 14 March 2003

Hi

This is a silly question, but I hope someone can help.

I use auto update from Service provider to update my time. The time is correct, but when I go into clock it shows GMT 00h00. My time zone is GMT +02h00.

This causes my log to be 2hrs early.

Is the error due to Service provider error or something wrong with phone?

The problem only started since installing World Clock by Psiloc

Coincidence ?

Nope 😃 I had that too, and it was a bi**h to set it right again. But cant remember the way I did it 😞
But I had to do it in the app. Not in the phone settings.

Thanks for that Info Jyrik

Please try and remember how you fixed. I've even asked my wife and she can't help 😃 😃 😃

Thanks Jyrik

Psiloc gave me the answer

I had this problem when my phone was new, nothing installed, Auto Time Update does not work with quite a lot of service providers. Make sure it is off in the normal clock settings as well as World Clock Pro to be sure.

My phone has worked fine for 4 months now. Now that I've corrected the problem as told by psiloc it seems ok again
