I do not know about the situation in other countries, but in Singapore the Sony Ericsson service center is not able to solve your problems. The technicians lack product / technical knowledge.
They bullshit their way thru.
They have one medicine for all problems - upgrade to the latest version s/w.
I know that P800 is a sophiscated product. That makes it even more important to gather technical expertise with that product.
Tell them to make www.allaboutsymbian.com their homepage!

They should really.
Some more comments to Singapore Sony Ericsson service support:
1. Their hotline is always unattended or engaged or voice mail is full.
2. Support questions posted to their website, will only receive a token automatic reply and nobody will reply to you. I have querries which are unanswered from last 3 weeks.
I know Sony has a great product. Let's not spoil it by bad service.
Oh yes, they are not good with P800. Not at all but I think they are fine enough, the guy here asked my questions for me and called me just to tell me that one useless answer even though I didn't say to. Yeah, useless but at least he had the decency to tell me anyways so I can't complain much in this area.
