RAM Indicator

I've got two different ones installed:
MobiMonster's 'System Status' - available via Dave Cozens Freeware Site. This can also kill running apps which is handy.

and

'Device Info' from Moubail, also available via Dave's freeware site.

JBak Taskman : in settings , you can add a Memory display and also clock/date display . Including seconds . (screenshot)
Y-Tasks : Memory Status shows the variety of Memories . Also you can reserve an amount of memory and Compress RAM in Options . (screenshot)

I've used Handy Taskman by Epocware for the last 3 / 4 years.
it costs $14.95 but money well spent.

A very close 2nd is the free Jbak TaskMan that jApi NL mentions from Dave's site.

Another one for JBak - if you are on the hardcore user side and want to see/kill processes and threads (whatever this might be). Plus: It's free

Handy Taskman is more simple and easier to use. And has larger icons, which make a better touch experience.
