Ovi store is so crap!

On my PC, I sign in to Ovi, go to the store, click applications and then most popular, and it returns a stupid 12 items per page.

And worse it doesn't show the first few pages with three stars and then the next few pages with two stars and so on. No, it still just returns random apps no matter how many stars it has.

Also i click on show only reviews in my language, but it can't even manage that!

If you want to see more than 12 items per page, go to www.ovi.com on your PC. 😉

I've received an email from ovi telling me I've had a review of a game I posted removed, as apparently it violated the ovi store terms of use! the "game" I reviewed had utterly awful graphics (zx spectrum level) and for some unknown reason it demanded a web connection to play, even though the crap game was self contained on the phone. The best bit was when exiting the game you are prompted to go to a "flirting" web site.
So all I did was tell the truth and the nazi nerds at ovi pulled the review. So remember folks, NEVER tell the truth or the Man will censor your honest opinions. For those who want to experience the awful game for themselves I recall it was called mercury meltdown, but I advise you not to waste your time.

yeah, the ovi store terms of use clearly state that you cannot say something is rubbish even if it is...

🙄

bloody nokia...

OK I stand corrected...

However, I don't have an issue with only 12 apps on (N97) screen as you can select sub-categories (e.g. Applications... Social Networking) and then only have a few pages to look through.
