Lens cover fixed

Went to a Nokia Care centre, had my lens cover swapped, despite it being debranded. took about an hour, all done. Very happy bunny.

WELL, thats the funny thing, i did, but i have a white N97, and the only parts they had were black. But obviously neither of us thought to ask the other about the colour!

So the front and back of mine is still white, but with a black rim running around it, also the actual camera slider parts are black too.

To be honest i think it looks fine.

I'll have to take a picture to give a clearer idea.

That sounds quite funky in all fairness! Did you get your GPS module changed? Also, is the gap between the lense and the slider noticably wider?

yeah, there is a bigger gap, but only a tiny one. GPS was fine so no problem really.

But truth be told, still getting a bit of flash flooding on the left hand side of the photos though.
