Since updating to V20 I am no longer able to receive images via bluetooth, I can receive files and send files and images, but can not receive an image of any type, anyone else having the same issues?

I have no problems with any BlueTooth operations after upgrading to v20 firmware.
You should go check to see that all of your settings and pairing are up-to-date in Settings->Connectivity->Bluetooth.
It sounds like your previous settings got "wiped" when you upgraded.
All settings were deleted, but have repaired everything, but still no luck with image transfer, just getting a message saying device not compatable, or just stuck on waiting for other device to accept. Very strange, as it was fine before the update, still works with headsets and data transfer, just not with image transfer, checked all the settings and can not see why it wont work.
There could be a corrupted software interfering or maybe the BT software is not properly launched for some unexplainable reason .
You could try one of the Resets :
1) Reboot device , including wirhdrawel of battery
2) Soft reset -> back to Factory settings : dial *#7780# . It will be handy to have a settings backup , e.g. on MemoryCard/Massmemory
3) Hard reset -> deletes all personal data : dial *#7370# . Make a backup on PC first
4) The most radical is Vulcan Death Grip , a bit tricky to perform , but should erase all non-Nokia data , including personal :
