Wanted: P800 Removable Keypad Flip.

I didn't notice a buy/sell thread on this forum, but here is a bid. Anybody willing to sell me their keypad for a reasonable price? I lost mine after removing it so I could fit the phone in my case. Now I have a customed fitted case I want to utilized again. So I need another one a.s.a.p shipped to the US. I will pay for shipping charges as well. Please let me know if you are willing to help out. Thanks.

It is not sold on the market openly. I contacted SE in UK and US, but no dice. Even some vendors in HK had the chasis for sale, but no flip. I thought that was strange tho. I challenge anyone that can find a legitimate link that sells it separately to-date. I am willing to even put up $10 USD if someone on this board actually have located one. Neither I nor any one I know have noticed this part sold as an accessory. Maybe it's because there is no demand for it and the phone is still kinda new.

Look at this thread:

Ppl were talking about paying 5 sterling pounds for a replacement flip cover from their nearest SE Service Center.

There is no evidence in that link that reads the individual keypad was sold to P800 owners. I'm in the states first of all. But when I was in the UK about a month ago I was told that any thing that needed replacement would have to be shipped to the service center. That means if my flip was lost I would have to ship the entire phone to them and that would take a 4-6 weeks lead time to complete the job. So to avoid being without my phone for over a month for a job that takes about 30 secs I would rather purchase the item. The SE Service policies in the UK are that no parts or item will be shipped out of the service center to an individual. If a part needs replacement, they must be the ones that does it no matter how small the job is. So I can understand that they may have charged some members some money for it, but the posts indicate nothing about the service centers just shipping the part to their home address without a phone attached to it.... So the search continues I guess... 🙄
