any 1 here know the software for gps that does not require internet connection while its connected
well what i mean to say is
i want to use gps without paying my service provider basically.
cause i dun have data plan,,
n ya i like in canada so i need north american gps maps,

Does the job fine and no need to download from internet the maps.
noo unfortunately i havent used that one yet
Have you tried turning off the A-GPS? Once you disable this it will stop connecting to the internet and just use the satellite positining
