i bought a 2nd hand nokia n95 the silver 1, but the phone is barred is there any way i can unbar it to any network in U.K

Get the unlock code from the original provider .

what do u mean by get the unlock code from orginal provider,

i brought the phone from som1 i dont know on street,

i think the phone was a contract phone but som1 lost it and sold it on, which i now have, and does not work on any network.

there must b away i can unblock it to use as a pay as you go phone !

help please...........

I think your Nokia N95 is network restricted. You need to unlock it from network restriction to use any other network SIM to it. You can get the unlock code for a Nokia N95 from www.Superunlockcodes.com at low cost. Before that you can visit www.mobileunlockguide.com This site provides free unlocking instruction guide. This will help you understand unlocking process better.
