Although the polyphonic ringtones seems quite loud during ringtone selection at the Profiles but when the phone actually rings, it's really soft ! I'm wondering if this is one of the problem faced by the 1.34 firmware. Any work around or can anyone confirm whether it's a firmware problem ?
Soft ringing tone...
1. Are you sure your in the 'right' profile? (ie. you may be listening to GENERAL ringtones; but your profile is set to 'Soft' or something..)
2. Are these the included midi files (ie. Nokia Tune.mid, Samba.mid, Space Age.mid) or ones which you've put on yourself?
Correct profile and ringtone. Well, I guess I'm just too used to the older monotonous ringtone...
mine are very soft as well😞 is this problem solved in version 2.50 or higher??
if u use a wav file use nero burning rom and the integrated sound editor to make it a littlebit louder. it works fine @my 3650.

version 2.50 is quite a lot louder than 1.34 version
firmware for midi polyphonic ringtones.
Whether it's loud enough though
is a matter of personal preference !
You will still find that the old monophonic
ringtones are loudest as this puts all the
speaker's energy into a single tone.
