My cars insurance is up for renewal on Sunday and having rang round loads of places the cheapest quote is with my current insurer for �1445.50 which is crazy (I think).
After seeing the "What car do you drive" post I though there might be a few car people on here with modded vehicles. Please let me know who your insured with and if you know of any other good insurers...

What do you drive, as it would help people point out good insurers.
Some of my mates with modded Fiesta's and the like used to use little insurers from the back of Max Power as they gave good value. If you have a modded 4x4 I think Sureterm Direct give the best quotes I've found.
It's a Honda Del-Sol 1.6 16v DOHC VTEC and is imported from Japan.... They're fine with the car until I mention it's Jap then I go on to list the mods..... :-?

Oh well, I ended up paying the deposit of �350 then 8 payments of �150, looks like another expensive year...

I'm with tesco's, i pay �3750 a year in 10 monthly payments and a deposit.
I'm 19 years old and drive a 1999 model UK Integra-R with quite a few exterior and engine mods all declared, oh and its under my mums name cause no one would cover me as the main driver lol
I really can't understand em...
R-type, your almost as insane as a friend of mine. He's just 18 and has a Skyline R34, I think his insurance is something like �8000+. He was going to get a Dodge Viper imported from the states but his parents wouldn't let him!?
