The Nokia Media Player. You can get it from the support section for the 3650 on Nokia's website. It also plays *.mra files as well.

no, afaik there is no directshow .3gp codec yet

I just transferred the videos in to Apple OSX (Panther; 10.2.4) and they play back in QuickTime 6.5 directly.
