Opera continues to improve on the recent first beta release of Opera Mini 5 (Java) and Opera Mobile 10 (native C++) for Symbian OS. Beta two sees numerous bug fixes, and the addition of a Download manager and Opera Link - which allows you to sync your bookmarks and browser settings to other Opera installations on your desktop or second smartphones. Point your phone's browser at m.opera.com/next for the new version.

nice update! However for some reason when installing from webpage I get "Jad and Jar size do not match" error. My phone is correctly detected (N86). Any idea? I haven't had any problems installing first Beta.

Cheers,
Miki

I've managed to get Mobile 10 (this beta not the first one) to install on the Satio! Rejoice!!
Nice copy'n Paste (or was that in there the whole time?)

copy and paste was there in the last beta, not sure about before then.

this release seems a lot better with memory use on my N97, i'd say now that it's a total replacement for the default browser 😊

am actually logged in and adding this comment on my N97, tho have found that the enter button on the keyboard makes the multi line text field close, whereas the on screen button goes to a new line as expected, but that's beta for you 😊

Loaded this on my N97, very impressed so far. Also like the on screen keyboard...would be a nice option for other functions/tasks on the N97

Is there an easy way of transferring your bookmarks from the original application to the new?
