Just received my N86 off ebay. Trying to debrand, but keep getting the "reading values... Error!" message from NSS. My phone didn't come with the PC suite disc (second hand) so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the version number is on their disc copy, as returning to this version is supposed to cure the problem.
Also, how do I roll back the cable drivers?

It would be very tough to say for which region, which pc/ovi suite version went along with the device's CD/DVD.
Nowadays, pc/ovi suite are stored on the memory card of the device rather than having separate CD/DVD.
What you can do is you can install any of the one pc suite for your phone
1) Nokia PC Suite 7.1.40.1 from www.europe.nokia.com/pcsuite
2) Nokia OVI Suite 2.0.2.42 from www.europe.nokia.com/ovisuite
