I have a question. what programs do i need to make programs(.sis) for N9210??

The SDK which is available from forum.nokia.com or the symbian website.

You need Makesis which as N9210 said is available on the Nokia 9210 SDK which is available from Forum Nokia (http//forum.nokia.com). There s full documentation with the SDK on making SIS files.

i have downloaded
(Nokia Developer's Suite Beta 0.3 for the Java(TM) 2 Platform, Micro Edition)
and
(Nokia Series 60 MIDP SDK Beta 0.1 for Symbian OS)
but some reasen i`dont know how to open .sis files? (NEWBIE) User posted image

if anyone can help me i have looked in the manuals but nothing.
