Troubles accessing Apps from Menu for 5800.

Dear All,
I'm having troubles for accessing Apps from Menu. Nothing displayed, except a message saying "MENU: MEMORY FULL. CLOSE SOME APPLICATIONS AND TRY AGAIN."
What can I do?? Thanks All!

Connect the phone to a PC and back up all the data you can, and then reformat.

If the phone has older firmware, try updating it to whatever is the latest, before you begin using it again.

Thanks N/A, but trouble only takes place when memory card is inserted. Should I reformat the memory card only?? Thanks
