I live in middle east (Qatar) and I bought my N97 3 weeks ago, it comes with V12.0.026 RM-505, I use Garmin XT for GPS which I use it before on my N95 and was working great, but with N97 it is SHIT!, sometimes the lock takes 10 minutes, sometimes it doesn't at all, and sometimes it takes 1 minutes, accuracy varies from 25 - 130 m , connection drop .... etc. (all of you here knows the rest) , I called the NCC here and they told me that they don't know about this problem since they didn't hear any complain from anyone else ... well ... there is always first but don't know why they don't believe in that. anyway, is there a way to raise the issue to Nokia directly ? is it possible to use those service centers in UK and make some arrangements with any of them to get my phone fixed? ... can someone advise me what to do? is there an official announcement from Nokia that there is a GPS bug wit this model?.
