Hy to all!
i'm new in this forum.

My pc with Windows XP pro sp3 doesn't recognize my i8910HD

The message, when usb cable is plugged in, is "unknow device found"

Then PC Studio7 isn't able to connect to device.

Can anyone help me??

Many thanks in advance

This might help worked for Windows 7.

Go into Control Panel, under the Device Manager or Hardware Manager in XP check Mobile Devices. The i8910 should appear, if it does or if a unknown device appears click to Update Drives, using the automatic settings it should download the drivers.

We are a community of friends and one of my friends refer me to this nice forum which is really good to read.

for anyone's interest:
I have never managed to solve this USB conflict on another XP machine I tried to plug my i8910 into (that was at work as it happens, when I tried to download off a personal photo for a colleague)...

Netgear W111v3 and the i8910, Intel mobo, onboard G35 USB chipset (USB devices directly connected).

As soon as you plug in the i8910, the W111v3 crashes off the USB bus, and the i8910 becomes immediately 'unrecognised'. It is dropped by XP from the USB bus. So... Unplug W111v3 and i8910, reboot without W111v3. Then after XP reloaded, plug in i8910, all ok. Plug in W111v3 again, all crashes again...
Solution was to copy photo to, luckily, a microSD card to hand, and plugin microSD card adaptor to colleague's PC (they didn't have bluetooth). Another solution would have been to email it to myself, but no real time to wait for 3mb to 3G up with two bars on the signal strength meter!

S*msung, my consultancy cheque's in the post, right? 😃:

Samsung mobile phone is very good a mobile phone, in the market is also very important fashion design, precision process quality, satisfying the screen and the bell is other brand mobile phone does not have.

windows xp has become old now. try up windows 7. i think it will help you for your i8910HD.
