when i turn it on it says disk space full and when i put it in the cradle the pc doesnt recognise that its connected so i cant back it up either. It wont turn on. Please someone help ?

I cant return it, its been to long.
All i did was take the last photo i could with the memory and it just died on me, please help someone?
Can you access the hidden service menu?(jogdial up * jogdial down jogdial down * jogdial down *)
If you can, select number 5-Format internal disk.
And if that doesnt work, take it to an SE service center and have them upgrade it, thsi will erace al them mem though.. Lesson learned, Always back up. I do it twice a day, once in the morning and another in the evening, atleast I always keep track of my last good configurations.
can u access the hidden menue on the power menue where u select what u want, ie, on, fkight mode etc? because thats the furthest i can get. Also what do u mean jogdial up, down down? do u mean like scroll up and down or push it downwards and upwards towards me?

Yes.. Scroll the jogdial up (ONE move), press *, scroll the jogdial down(one move), scroll jogdial down(ONE move), press *, scroll the jogdial down(ONE move), press *
Do this in flip closed mode, takes you to the hidden service menu.
But it does sound like you might not be able that get that far.... You have a warrenty right? Get it fixed.
