Whoever interested in Chinese font, get it from here http://www.ibmnb.com/cgi-bin/hope/topic_show.cgi?id=10290&h=1&bpg=1&age=0
This new font will not distort the original english font and it's prettier than the older one. Just get it and put it into your system\fonts folder and after that reboot your P800.

Of course, you have to create the "FONTS" folder under d:\system and remember not to create it in your c: or you don't mind to re-format your c: in future when you want to remove it.

is it applicable on browser only or in all aspects including the phone book and reading e mail written in chinese? 😮

Does anybody know why it's possible to read only some chinese pages like google and not others like yahoo china? Has it got to do with Opera or is there a setting somewhere?

It is because P800 supports Unicode ( UTF-8 ) but not big5/gb yet. 😮 Therefore, you can only read web page that is coded in UTF-8.

Hope this help.

I don't see any system folder in my memory stick, all I see is the folders "audio", "document", "image", "other" and "video".

Could be please tell me specifically where is the system folder?
thanx in advance..

You can't use the internal file manager or the file manager which comes along with the CD to browse them since they're system folder(hidden). You have to use another type of file browser or manager in order for you to see them. Try QFMANAGER or PC FILE MANAGER.
