but the result is sucks

why convert midi to rttf when your phone can play wav files? 8)

This is something I would like to do but I don't have a clue how it works.

How do you use a wav file as a ringtone?????

jsut upload it to your phone (it's wise to run it through MultiMediaConvertor first) go to your profiles and you'll find that you cna use wav files for all the sound events.
