I have a lot of photos that I took and have sync'd them to my PC but I can find anyway to get them off or out of the OVI Suite to a folder on my PC so that I can use them, print them out etc.
Is there a way to do that or do t hey have to stay i the OVI program and not usable any other way????
Any Ideas please????
Thanks,
Bobby
If any help mine OVI sync seems to be storing images in:
My Documents\My Pictures and is auto creating new folders for each month in narming format yyyy-mm eg 2010-01 and then putting photos from each month.
However and unsurprisingly given Nokia it doesn't seem to be working particularly well because during one of it's unprompted syncs of photo's whilst I was trying to get it to sync my contacts which I'd tidied up (3hrs which it froze on and wiped out grrr) it seems to have duplicated all the images in my Dec folder creating extra copies with suffix [1] afetr each. So guess I will have to wipe folder and resync to get rid of these maybe, also it seems to copy in any images including album art all in same folders. Additionally OVI sync also scoured my PC images folder and started dispalying all 5000+ images I have without me realising it had picked up on them until was going through recent pics with g/f and realised next images coming up were from 7yrs ago, nothing embarrassing but could've been bit awkward and not what I want a bit of syncware to be doing unprompted (also slowed it down chronically) just want it to mind it's own business and sync images taken with the phone not my whole bloody life.
Anyway my recommendation would be to just go to the photo directory on phone whilst it is plugged in via USB and use Win file manager to copy/cut and paste images to folders on PC, more control and better chance of knowing what's being done.
Thanks I will give it a go.
Thanks,
Bobby
