HI!
Is there any software to create "black list, or DND, just to reject unwanted incoming calls? I searched the forum, but can't find any.
An idea Ericcson can reject any call you do not want to answer.
For e.g. if somebody not in the VIP list, he can not ring me all the time, bacauce the phone reject the call after the first ring. ( and i can not hear the ringing of course...
I think it is a useful possibility.
Any idea, what soft i need?
Help please.
Tnay you all!
It is built into the phone.
If you go to "Profiles" and personalise one, scroll down to the option "Alert for" and then you get a choice of contact groups you have created (if you have created any) select the groups you would like to hear the phone respond to. Then select that profile. Of course you will get answerphone messages from the people that were not on the list.
Alternatively use "Incoming call barring" in "Settings / Call Barring", look in your manual for how this works, you will need a barring password.
Ok, maybe i was not clear abut my questin.
I DONT WANT TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO RING MY PHONE.
Blacklisted call can hear only a "reject", or busy tone. Not more. That is what i want. If a creap Ericcson can do it from default, why nokia can not?
The barring is not a solutin, beacause U need a pin2 code, ok, it is not a problem, but the provieder ( PannonGSM ) can not handle barring.........
So again Is there any software to create call handling?
The stupud method of Nokia ( built in )is a useless thing.
If someone call me, he can hear on his side my phone is ringing. But it is not true, because I do not accept his/her call. But the caller side may think i just can't hear the ringins or so.
So I NEED a solution to create BLACKLIST to reject unwanted calls.
Any Idea?
sorry for my bad english......))
It does not seem like there is a solution to your problem at the moment then.
You try emailing one of the software companies who make 'answerphone' software for the 7650 (Symbianware, Virtualware, Avista) and see if they can add it to their next release or even if it is possible.
