hey all, i do a fair bit of offroad driving and for the past few days i have been looking for an application for my N95 8GB that will let me plot the tracks i am driving on. are there any good apps that will work with ovi maps to plot tracks as i drive them? there is never any signal where i go so i need the maps to be pre-loaded or load as you go like ovi maps does with GPS, is there another option (like google maps) that i can use to do this?

if anyone is interested, i am trying "trimble outdoors" and " nokia sports tracker" to see if they are any good. so far i have clocked up 230km on trimble, but i am only using the free version so im not sure how good it is going to work. got another trip tomorrow (about 150km) so i will test the sports tracker and see how that works out. today i couldnt get trimble to show the road map or any aerial pics of where i was. it might just be cause its a free version or it might need to get the maps from the network and i had no coverage. will have more of a play tomorrow

I use GPSed for tracking my trips and flights. Free and simple to use and you can open your tracks in google earth.

search for it in google.

so i am still looking for a good tracking/mapping application. one of my friends has navionics on his iphone and it looks like a really good app, but they dont make a version for any other phones. i sent them an email asking if another version would come out for other phones and they said it would never happen. is there any way to get the iphone version to run on my n95 8gb?
