I tried recently to unblock my fone from vodafone on my computer, but after doing so it crashed ? now it won't re-boot for me, what happens is that it goes as far as the nokia screen with the 2 hands touching and then it shows a window saying "Phone satrt-up failed" "Contact the retailer" i have tried all i know to sort it but to no avail, can some-one please help me!:con?

VDG : Sets Phone back to factory condition , except for Massmemory :
1) Phone Off
2) Press and Hold down :
Green button + * button + 3 button
3) while holding down these buttons , press ON button
4) hold the four buttons down (4 finger method) and wait for booting up .

You also could try a Reflash again .

Thank you so much for replying to my quary, i have read a lot of treads regarding this before i posted it, tried all the short cuts including VDG, tried to re-connect to computer, including to use the CDRom for the N95, this nearly caused my computer to crash also, so i have tried most things, @ this stage i have left it into a repair shop to see if they can reset it. Again thanks for your prompt reply.
