Few days ago a problem with sound occurred - Sound disappears when I turn volume a bit louder than min. So i can hear sound only when I turn volume down to minimum, and not always; sometimes it disappears after few seconds after a song is being played. Does anyone know what could b the problem? Dead speaker (or both speakers) or something else? :frown: I already tried to reset the settings - nothing changed. It has never been dropped down.

here's what I'd do, back everything up onto pc I wanted to keep, do a full hard reset (the VDG mentioned in other posts). Still no joy? see if there is a firmware update available and bang that on. If that doesn't work it must be hardware. Replacement speakers and tools are available on eBay for about �5 each. That's all assuming you want to have a go yourself, if not it's a repair shop job.

I tried to reset the phone, it didnt work. Now I ordered the speaker+tools from Ebay, gonna try to change it. And thanks for those repair manuals, they are very useful.
i guess phone speakers are damaged. better replace them.
