just updating to the new firmware, won�t get a chance to see what is improved because i have to send my phone of to nokia, the volume rocker is broken, its insured so i'll try and get a new one fitted.... jsut got a message that software has failed, will try again..

can't seem to update, have tried 3 different pcs's, any idea what the problem may be?

@inkognitoe, firmware is product code dependant. v35 isn't available for my product code either yet.

find your product code from your box or on the back of the phone. Type it in to the nokia site (can I update?) and it will tell you the latest version of firmware.
