I have a nice Nokia 5800 which has served me well for months. I updated my in-car-audio sometime ago to a =415"]Blaupunkt Hamburg MP57 because it was relatively cheap and included bluetooth/FM/aux./CD/USB. When I receive and accept a call the existing source being played (radio/CD/AUX/USB) is interrupted/paused and the call is routed through the car speakers, pickup is through a microphone. 😃
Just recently I had my little TomTom satnav stolen 😡. The insurance didn't stump up for it and with Christmas and everything, replacing the TomTom was low on my list of priorities. However, yesterday I upgraded Nokia Maps and can now use my 5800 as my permanent SatNav for free😊.
I have a specific problem though. When my 5800 is connected, via bluetooth, to the Blaupunkt - ALL audio output is sent via bluetooth, even though the Blaupunkt can only pick up calls. If I use the Nokia satnav function I can't hear the instructions unless I disconnect the phone from the 'audio device' (Blaupunkt).
Ideally, I would like the Blaupunkt to play all audio from the phone, with the priority given to satnav instructions/calls. However, if I could just play the satnav instructions over the 5800 speaker I would be happy.
Any suggestions?
