Hi, I have a N97 mini and when I plug it into mass storage mode I am not getting a drive letter in my computer for some reason, when I connect my N95 8GB in the same mode it works fine and comes up but some some reason the only way to access the N97 is with the nokia phone browser in my computer. I want to be able to run a file recovery programme on the memory of the N97 to recover some photos I deleted. I have used this before on the N95 with no probs but the programme needs a drive letter to work with.
I have checked and have no programmes running in the background and the phone reports that it is in mass storage mode, and a message on my pc comes up saying its connected but I don't get a drive letter in my computer for some reason................:con?
