Hi guys,
I'm currently on my second n97 mini and I'm having loads of problems with it, none of which virgin feel are valid for an exchange, although on a 400 they are not acceptable.
I need to freeze my phone and do not know how to do this, help please? thankyou

NOKIA BOTS! That slowed down my mini to the point of freezing.
Also to me, freeze means slow down to the point of it stopping and staying on the same screen and not letting you do anything, something that happens a lot on mini's. Well the three mini's I had anyway...

Three (Australian service provider, not sure if international) had a two week in store replacement when I got a N97 mini, and with in a week I had it replaced three times. After that I bitched my to an upgrade to a N97. Try and get that sorted out for yourself as it is a pain in the ass having to go in over and over again, wait in lines just to talk to someone and have to prove a software issue (well thats the problems I had with all three) which is a challenge to get it to mess up on demand. My partner ended up playing with it for a while and had a camera ready to film anything, and we used that to get it replace the second and third time. But you should definitely call/go in and get outraged that this piece of technology you spent so much money on doesnt work properly, the more pissed off you are (while still being civil) and the more you use phrases such as "waste of time and money" "inferior product" "major inconvience" and things of the like, the more likely you are to get an upgrade.
