Let's focus on .c64 and t64 support (max memory space,compatibilities etc...), memory problems or stuff more related to the 7650 limitations, like. Just my opinion.
Hooray, I finally got a game to work!
Next question - diagonal jumps? Since the 7650 joystick can only move one direction at a time, is there any way I can jump to the left or right?
Use the advanced option:
Keymap: default. Change it. Then you can use the 2,4,6,8 to move.

Every game I have tested so far has worked fine,
and no memory problems at all.
stupid question: how can i start plane in RiverRide ? i have normal and advanced keymap tested but not works 😞
Cant remember. Havent played that game, like for 10 years, but usually in
C64 games there are help screens where the keys are explained.

Is there anyway to STORE more than one IMAGE?? I can only STORE and RESTORE one at a time. I was close to finishing G&G when I STORED the init screen with all the 64K memory shit... 😞

i have been editing the keymap.conf a bit, playing around with it
with this, i should be able to remap up on the joystick to another button so we can do run and jump etc where up = jump
should let me do bruce lee = )

i copied the joystick settings from keymap.cfg into it
and i mapped the 0 key to the same as joystick up
it was

HERE'S TIP!
You can store and retore more than one image by doing as follows:
Copy C:\system\apps\e32frodo\ frodo.fpr and frodo.snap to a folder called .\backup
Whenever you want to restore this image you just have to go to the backup dir and restore those files to C:\system\apps\e32frodo\
You can STORE as many images as you like this way.
Whenever I try to use Frodo it automatically pauses and "un-pauses". Anyone experiencing the same Problem? I run fw 3.16, perhaps trouble associated with One2Go?
You are right about snap-files, Deathmonger. Even more, file association actually works(!) for snap-files.
Anyone care to start and maintain FAQ for Frodo? There has been quite a much novice and advanced questions about Frodo by now. For a start, here is two undocumented features of FrodoS60 (for advanced users only!):
1) Snap-files i.e. "quicksaves":
- After storing a "quicksave". exit Frodo and goto C:\system\apps\e32frodo folder
- Make a copy of "frodo.snap" and rename it e.g. "commando.snap"
- Just open commando.snap from your file manager to start game in seconds! This is the quickiest way to start game in Frodo.
2) Preferences file (Frodo.fpr)
- You can find Frodo.fpr file in \system\apps\e32frodo folder
- This file contains many options left out from Frodo S60 (but are familiar to Frodo 9210 users)
- You can edit it like any other text file

I am having a few problems with the C64 Emulator. I am quite a novice with all this so please could any replies be written so a really idiotic thick person could understand them!! :-?
Firstly a lot of the games that I have downloaded are running to quickly and I do not have a clue how to slow them down. And secondly how the heck do you use the keys, It asks for things like spacebar and f7 and things like that but obviously the Nokia keypad just has normal keys.
Please help as this app looks like one of the best game based apps that has been released for the N7650.

f1-f8 keys = 'ABC' + 1-8
run/stop = 'ABC' + *
space = 'ABC' + 0
Enter = green phone button
More speed = 'ABC' + joystick up
Less speed = 'ABC' + joystick down
Or you could read the help text file in the e32Frodo program. :-?

I have read through the whole of the thread and there is no list of all the button configurations. Also I have tried the "abc" joystick down to slow down "Rambo" but there is no change. Sorry if this has already been covered in different threads but I have used the search option and have found nothing. Also the e32frodo help is excatly that helpful.

youre definitely doing something wrong since i can SLOW down RAMBO to snailspeed with ABC + JOYSTICK DOWN FEW TIMES. Keep the ABC pressed.

Managed to play some multidisk games.
JUST WHEN THE GAME ASKS YOU TO FLIP OR CHANGE DISK,
SELECT MENU-->DISK COMMANDS-->SELECT DISK
and select the file your game wants... Easy
Found a way to load some difficult to load games like Maniac Mansion,Zak Mc Kraken,Corrupted,Myth,Labyrinth etc.
I changed in the Frodo.fpr file, Emul1541Proc = FALSE -->Emul1541Proc = TRUE
This makes the virtual drive to run slower exactly like the original commodore did, but eventually you can run the game.

Im still having difficulty actually getting any games to load. As soon i try to launch a game it auto types ' LOAD"*",B,1 ' then it just pauses and a dialouge box opens at the bottom half of the page the only option is 'back', press that and it crashes 'App. Closed Frodo E32USER-CBase 42'
Im running latest firmware turned phone off then on after install, what am i doing wrong!?
i get the same problem with some games like street fighter 2. would it be an error with the game or the application itself?

I got Ghost and Goblins,Comando and PaperBoy to work.I only played Ghost and Goblins,great game,the other two suck big time.
how do i edit the keys, i cant get it to work, they keypad acts weird, on outrun i can only use 4 to turn right and 3 to go, but in batman 4 seems to be moving up. Someone mentioned editing the keymap_advanced.cfg.mpk but what do u edit it in? I tryed notepad but it doesnt work, they joystick in batman doesnt do anything, HELP SOMEONE!
Does anyone know how can I play games that contain three files (california games f.e.) ?
