Hey Dog man

Well, in my case i lost all Contacts, some but not all Apps and Calendar appointments i think.

I didn't lose anything from music, photos or videos.

I somehow get the feeling that we may all have different experiences from doing a Vulcan, but for what it's worth, that's mine 😊

Oh yeah .... i forgot ..... all the settings too, that's what takes the time to sort out, putting all your settings back to the way you liked them

Anything that's on the phones C memory - which is most of the data (contacts, calendar, notes, messages if you haven't changed them to store on E)
Any applications you've installed to C which include some forced ones such as Ovi Maps, N-Gage, Ovi Store, Mail For Exchange, etc.
All your settings.
Menu layout and folders.
You can backup most of it (everything except the applications and menu layout I think) through PC/Ovi Suite although I generally prefer to start from scratch on settings as it always used to be a dodgy process restoring settings on older Nokias and I just got used to not doing it.
