:bday: Hi everybody! I am trying to link up my P800 with either a Bluetooth Mitsumi or Bluetooth Monkey USB adaptor using the Sony Ericsson software. I can't get it to work? Should I be running the software that came with this Bluetooth usb devices before linking to the Sony Ericsson software.
Will it only work with certain Bluetooth USB devices, if so which are the ones that it works best with.

I have also been trying to sync with the Mitsumi Bkuetooth adapter without joy.
I can get the 2 devices to pair in the Mitsumi software and I can send files to the P800 by dragging and dropping them in the Mitsumi Software but I want to sync through the SE software.
I have tried everything and cannot connect to the phone on the bluetooth serial port.
Anyone else had any luck with this?
I don�t have one of both bluetooth USB dongles, I have the Acer BT500.
But maybe I can help when explaining it easy how I get it working
To connect the phone with the bluetooth on PC, you have to connect it with an serial port. Look to your bluetooth softw which settings are available or needed. If this connection works, I think it does because sending to phone is possible at one here, you have to connect it with the SE software.
For this you must doubleklick on the "telephon connection monitor" which should be in your task after installing the PC Suite. In the mirror you can see you have to klick on the Bluetooth COM Port which is selected in the bluetooth software for serial connection (if you don�t know it exactly, mark all of them-it doesn�t matter). Maybe the connection is not possible each time or the first time. Try it again and maybe again (give the software a minute before trying again). When connected there is the "P800 phone symbol" (like on desktop) in task too. Clicking there you can change setting for synch or start synch.
If you get no connection change the way and start first telephone connection monitor and then connect to serial com port in the bt softw.
