Backup fail

Hi,
Anyone has the problem on backing up the P800. Previously i can backup my P800 but after the firmware upgrade, i got "Backup fail" it say check the connection between PC and Phone. The connection is fine, i can transfer file no problem.

Any ideal, do i have to do a master reset....

Disable your Antivirus software, then retry. Norton certainly stops backups working properly, and i imagine other AV/firewall software does too.

There have been folks experiencing problems backing up if they have app booster installed. This is a bug with the current version of the software. If you have this software installed try uninstalling and then see if a backup will work.

Yes I have definitely expereinced this, and uninstalled it right away and everything went back to normal 😊

I have not install any antivirus or norton, and also have not install the app booster in the P800. I have done a master reset, still the same thing. I have try the backup from another PC, still the same thing happen.
I think it is the phone s/w got problem. Will send to SE to check

I am also not able to back up my P800 :-?. I can synch fine but backup is not available.

If anyone has a solution for this, let me know.
