INNOV8 cannot play music

During talk.
It was my pleasure to "convert" my Symbian phone into small radio-station. Friends and my girlfriend was enjoying when I let some song during talk. It was really very simple with Nokia Symbian phones I had (N95, N85, N86...).
But today I was totaly sorprised in negative way when I tried so on my i8510. It can't be done and end of story. I have firmware version XXHJ3 and no new versions for my country (Croatia).
Anybody with some solution?
Further more, how you will describe backlight of numeric keyboard? It's some kind of lily-light, am I right, especially compared with back light of send-end and soft keys. On Internet pictures of Innov8 show that back light is white, but I can agree totaly. But not cleary white.
