I think the T-mobile videorecorder will do it... can you tell me a program that will do it on my PC?

Hi, Download an MP4 player from here, http://www.mpeg-4.philips.com
It will also play the newer 3ggp files created by Hantro 3.4 and the official nokia software.

You can try the 7650 video app from the Nokia Web site, I know this created files in 3gp format, it might play back in mp4, but I havn't tried it.

The T-Mobile app is only legally available from certain carriers, the Nokia one is free for all, I suggest you try that first.

I downloaded from Nokia web site but it cant open mp4 format so can I find a free version of T-mobile?

If you are Germany T-mobile customer then get it from their web page.
Otherwise no. Or not on this board.
