My Bluetooth USB adapter from Sitecom came with version 1.2.2.9 of Widcomm Bluetooth software. This version worked reasonably well.
I have recently downloaded version 1.3.2.7 of the Widcomm Bluetooth software from the Sitecom site. This version, although offering a better user interface and (potentially) more functionality, does not seem to work. After installing version 1.3.2.7 I get an error message informing me that I need to reinstall my sound card; another error message telling me that the Bluetooth stack cannot be loaded and the bluetooth connection to my P800 stays up for about 10 seconds and then disconnects.
Has anyone here experienced this problem with Widcomm Bluetooth software version 1.3.2.7?
