Review: Phit Droid

What's super-simple to understand, super-addictive to play and available right not in the Ovi Store? Phit Droid is the answer and has been giving Ewan some serious puzzling fun on his recent travels. The only negative is the unpolished opening menu, but otherwise it's positives all the way in this 80%-scored review here on AAS's Ovi Gaming.

oh ovi store.

My N97 - 0 new downloads.

I know the direct link works and after some searching via newest I eventually found it.

But it is a complete disgrace that even when I know the correct title for an item in ovi store, its search engine is not able to find it. Isn't such a store all about discovery?

Why ovi store can't even get things like search or organising via newest (see some of the 'confused' articles here about items that were not really new) right is beyond me and a disgrace.

The Ovi Store search is an epic failure, well in fact, it is a joke. Utterly useless.

I suggest search on Google from the WebKit browser, that always works.

E.g. type into Google:

"Phit Droid Ovi Store"

and the result will be two links for the normal version and the LITE version.

Another example:

"Sheep Mania Ovi Store"

gives you links to two "Sheep Mania" games, in this case Barnyard Dash and Puzzle Islands.

Clicking on the links will get you directly to the store, and it will auto-launch the Ovi Store App and display the correct item.

So, even though Nokia can't figure out how to make a simple word-based search-engine, Google's search saves your buttocks once again 😉

I logged in to ovi store and searched for "droid" I got 2 hits, one for lite and one for full version.

I think you need to first select your device, and then it gives compatible search results.
