Please can anyone help, I have had my phone for over 12 months and everything has been fine, today I received a text but when I pressed the read button it took me to my music then no buttons would work, I have turned it off removed the battery left it for 10 minutes when I put it back in it goes to the desk menu shows I have a text when I press any button it takes me to my music again and freezes, I have tried holding the green button + the red button + 3 key + the # key all together to try to reset it but when I remove my fingers from the buttons it goes to my music again PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:frown:

There might be a hardware issue , like a stuck key ? If this is the case , try a cleaning contact spray for electronics . In case of a software issue see for a proper reset my post here :
