Mail for excghange issues e71 — Nokia Eseries S60 3.1 Phones (2nd Generation: E51, E66, E71)

Has anyone had major connectivity issues with mail for exchange on the e71? I manage a handfull of devices, mostly e63's and 3x e71's.

The 63's have been fine, no problems with syncing but the e71's have all bee a problem, they connect fine for 12 - 48 hours then drop for no apparent reason and refuse to sync. If you try to do it manually the whole thing locks up. The only thing that resolves is to power off and on, giving you another 12-48 hours of reliability.

I have applied the firmware upgrade to 400 and also implememnted Mail for Exchange 3 from the ovi store.

Any suggestions?

no.. not had any probs myself on E71 (fw 400)

Ive not been using it in the last 3 months tho.. as I get HTML exchange from Emoze (which isnt without its issues either BTW)

my E71 (300.xxx) and MfE 2.9 I have a similar issue but just when switching to Flightmode and back to a online profile. I need to synch manually from there on but it does not freeze.
