hi all nokia x6

can anyone help i have a nokia x6 dont like the ovi maps system on it and have tried putting garmin and tomtom on but keeps comming up with unable to install formatt not recognised

Ask Garmin and/or TomTom for support for their software on the X6.

As far as I know, TomTom does not have a version for newer S60/Symbian devices (in other words, they don't support it at all). I don't know about Garmin.
