N97 connects to internet during a call

Hi all,

I saw this before on my old N95 8Gb and it has returned on my N97 now as well.

Whenever I am on a call, after about 3 seconds, the phone connects to the internet. When I drop the call, the data connection drops as well. When I check the connection logs, I can see that during the session approx. 3-4Kb is sent and 2-3Kb is received.

I am not really paranoid, but this behaviour makes me feel that my calls could be logged somewhere. Anyone experience with this?

Strange behaviour . The amount of data is exactly the same for A-GPS to get a quick fix on Maps .
Maybe you have an App running that requires geoposition ? Something like a "Friend View" app .
You could disable A-GPS in Maps settings and give it another try .
Also you could ask your service provider .

Are you sure it isnt dissconecting?

Every call i get it beeps in my ear then a message pops up sayin something like... "data connection dissconected"... Then as soon as i end the call a message pops up sayin something like "data connection connected"
