Recover deleted contacts(Nokia N79)?

Hello

This is my first post here. Sorry if I chose the wrong section.

I wonder if it's possible to recover accidentally deleted contacts from a symbian phone(Nokia N79). The phone is not formated since this, I just deleted it by pressing the c button.

If you do not have backed up the data, or synchronized it with a PC or network service, there are no practical means to do what you want, I'm afraid.
