N95-1 won't upgrade from v30.0.015 firmware

Hi,

I have a N95-1 RM-159 which has been debranded to product code 0536062 (Euro1 Plum) and was upgraded, a year or so ago, to firmware v30.0.015. I know that firmware v35 is out, however the Noftware Software Updater says there isn't a newer version available. Originally the phone was product code 0547869 (Vodafone UK).

If I visit the Nokia 'Can I update?' website http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/device-software-update/can-i-update and type in 0536062 it suggests that v35.0.002 is available.

If I visit the Nokia 'Device Software Update' website http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/device-software-update and select N95 it suggests that v31.0.017 will be available.

So I'm confused. Why doesn't the Nokia Software Updater update my firmware? Any suggestions gratefully received,

Cheers,
Mark

My apologises. I've just installed NSS and discovered that the product code on the phone is 0547869. It appears that after it was upgraded to v30 firmware it was changed back again.

I'm sorry if I've wasted anyone's time with this.

Cheers,
Mark
