Hi!
I'm going to change my product code from a turkish to a scandinavian but the turkish one has FW 21.0.102 while the scandinavian has a lower (21.0.045 I think). What will NSU say when I change the product code to one that has a lower FW version? Will I be able to get the 21.0.045 in the phone and thereby Swedish?
Thanks in advance.
no, i dont think so. you will stick with 102 and with the option chosen to reinstall the firmware, you'd still be reinstalling 102 from turkish fw. not until a newer firmware release will you be able to update to scandinavian
The only way i see that you could do it is to use navifirm to download the Scandinavian firmware and do a complete manual reflash.
There are plenty of guides around on how to flash your n97, good luck. 😉

Just be aware you will invalidate your warranty the second you change the product code. Obviously your choice, but make it an informed one. 😉
Thank you for all your answers. I have already voided the warranty as it's been on service in Turkey, thereby the new FW. I'll just have to sit tight and wait for a new FW then.
