My God, I've been waiting for an app like this for ages. I normally set multiple timers for baking, but if I can have a reminder chime every 15 mins, that's fantastic. ADD people of the world rejoice!
If you want a hourly signal, you could also go for the free alternative 'Beeper'.

I've been a Nokia user for a looong time. My most recent nokia phones were the n82 and 5800. I tried using the Nokia Ovi Store but I honestly have to say it's a complete joke mostly because of apps like this. Do you really expect anyone to buy an app for 10$ (initial price) that makes a sound every 15 or 60 minutes? It doesnt do ANYTHING else! This app should be free and even then I don't think I would download it because of its lack of functionality.
I bought myself an iPhone and I have to say that both the Ovi store and Ovi store developers have a galaxy to cross to even get close to what the Apple app store is offering.
If you're after a time tracker you may want to consider using the "snooze" feature of Nokia's built-in Clock application. You can specify an interval of anywhere between 1 minute to 60 minutes and can even set your own alarm tone. It's not completely tailored to this task, but is an alternative that may work out for you.
