Nokia has placed a number of full page ads in UK newspapers (see photo, below, in full story) promoting the Ovi Store on what the ad says is 'a big day for news' (it is election day here in the UK). The AP News, Evening Standard and Reuters apps are mentioned by name. The advert is notable because it is one of the few Nokia ads I've seen dedicated solely to the Ovi Store.

I think Nokia dont Advertize much on Ovi Store because they have few apps. Here in switzerland in every Add for Ovi Store they only show the 4 or 5 apps for Switzerland in Store.
I doubt you'll be seein American ads anytime soon... for quite obvious reasons :P

Yeah, in the U.S., the only time you see the word 'Nokia' referenced is in regards to a musical act that performed at the Nokia Theater in Times Square in NYC.
IMO, before walking and running, to expand on the analogy, there'll need to be a stroller, then crawling, then the first stumbling steps....
