PC Suite (henceforth known as PC Shite) completely screwed my machine up today. It was causing slow running problems so I tried to uninstall it and the uninstaller just sucked up every bit of free RAM I had until I had to pull the plug.
Has anyone come across this and does anyone know If the currently available download of PC Shite on Sony Ericsson's site is likely to do the same?

Whats your operating system? It is not compatible with win 98.

I think I may just forget about using it with my work PC and just use it with my Mac at home. Oh wait, it's not compatible with iSync you say?
Damn, I have the worlds coolest phone and I can't connect it to anything. (it also fails to see my girlfriends P800 when searching for Bluetooth devices but always manages to find 7650s).
After installing PCSuite and a Bluetooth dongle I am using an extra 100mb of RAM straight from boot up.

my laptop cpu was constantly running at 100 %
i uninstalled the software and it was well up to speed again and the task manager showed 11 less processes.
SE need to get their act together 'cos this just wont do.
Yeah, I've decided to just leave it alone until someone comes up with a better solution.
On the Bluetooth front does anyone know anywhere in London that actually has stocks of the D-Link USB Bluetooth dongle?
