can someone plz help me. about 2 wks ago my phone decided to stop sending texts, can still receive texts and make and take calls though. It keeps moving them to outbox with a message saying resend in ??? mins. Then when it gets to that time, it moves the time up by another couple of mins and ths goes on all day but the text will not send. :frown:
checked online on google and few suggestions saying do 'hard reset', spoke to a nokia adviser and she advised me to do the same and also warned me that i need to make sure to back up all my data before doing the reset or else all my data would be lost 😮. Do i back up my photos, messages, music and contacts only or is there anything else that needs to be backed up and do i use the Ovi PC Suite for the back up or do i just move everything from my phone to my P.C via my USB?
Also, are there any dangers to the phone with the reset? :con?
