Hi,
Had a look and search in forum so apologise if this has been asked before, but was wondering if I can retrieve a text message I deleted on my Nokia 5800.
Just done it tonight and was a number i needed in it, just one simple text.
Surfed the web, tried various apps but nothing worked so far and can't get access to sys or private folders which I expect is if there is any history its in there.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Mark . It depends . When you have set the Messaging Options > Settings to the device memory , you won't be able to retrieve the Message . It will be deleted forever .
When it is set to Memorycard , there is a little chance and a lot of work .
First thing to do will be : remove the card immediately from the phone , as the file can be overwritten. Because deleting a file , is just deleting the path to the file , it could still be there , when it is not been overwritten by anothere file yet .
